I look at you with lust in my eye, wanting, needing hoping you won't pass me by, yearning, pleading I'm a little distressed, but still rather shy tears are fleeting you look my way and I can feel passion, soaring lost in you gaze, I rapidly reel lose my mooring clutch at my breast and stealthily steal gaze, adoring you move closer to me and I list away confusion, reigning watching and hoping you come my way heart, abstaining I hear you voice and silently sway ears are straining You say hello, I stupidly stand passion, pining looking downcast and wringing my hand looks entwining you move, slowly on and I'm deaf to the band plan needs refining. "It is the image in the mind that links us to lost treasures; but it is the loss that shapes the image, gathers the flowers weaves the garland."- |

Whew, do I ever relate to this. Spectacular poem. cat... But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think. Lord By |

Thanks Fire I'm never at a loss for words... but on this occasion I was. Thanks for your kind words Cat and glad you can relate. Small smiles all Kethry "It is the image in the mind that links us to lost treasures; but it is the loss that shapes the image, gathers the flowers weaves the garland."- |

Hi Kethry.... How well I know this feeling! It's the first 'hello' that turns me into a speechless idiot!! Great writing, my friend.. Today is a gift.... That is why they call it 'the Present'! |
