You stare at me with bourbon eyes
Through sixty years of dust
I watch you from the shadows
With a secret silent lust
And I hear the vague rememberings
Of those you didn't know
Who never quite remember
Where you said you had to go
You hold your endless strand of pearls
Just by the gilded frame
Though I've always loved your beauty
I will never know your name

Sing while you may
-The Prophet Q'spel

Your pain is for you alone, As it is, As it was, As it will be forever, Amen
-The Prophet Q'spel
