I think I'll get a candle, red and fragrant, carved and tall. Some herbs, maybe some incense, I'l gather up them all. I feel I need a little help, a love spell could be it. A way to tell the universe my candle has been lit. I'll sit inside my circle send your name out to the winds. And if things work correctly you'll be with me again. If not, well what's the difference? It can hardly get much worse. Who knows, maybe a love spell will take away this curse.. |

Nice thought here Cat. I know the feeling well about wanting to do a love spell on someone special so the pain will finally die. But for those that no nothing about spells...... (serious side for a sec.) Whatever you cast out does come back on you. You want to bond someone to you, you also bond yourself to them. It can reverse on you horribly. Other than all that I loved your poem. To DKW, Course I know that, and its never good to try to force anything on anyone, in any way, magically included. But..it can't hurt to toss a few good vibes out to the universe, right? This was just for fun, try to lighten the depressed stuff I usually write. |

Hey Cat...there's some wino at your door...says something about some "love message" he got...something about some incense and candles. You think maybe you got a wrong number with that last spell? If only we could reach out to the one we love and they would reach back to us...not that simple...the problems develop when we go after the ones that don't reach back...perhaps they even turn away...or run away...James |
