Hi, it's nice to be back. I was sick for awhile and am finally feeling better. Can't wait to read what I've missed. Summers Rain I don't know how to look at tomorrow the same When I'm smiling and crying under all this rain You've touched a part of me words just cannot say I hear lonely ever second of every new day... I stand here holding a new memory with me But, forgive me if you find me down on my knees Cause, God, the rain it's falling hard I've never felt a storm so strong in my heart... You know that I smile because I have you And, you know that I cry because the night is through So, I cry for the rain cause I'm happy and sad Just if only this rain could bring you back... God, how a summers rain can be so wonderful beneath When it allowed you to rest comfortably on me I felt the rain in such colors as you were lying here Never felt anything greater writing through these tears... I'll stand the rain just to remember the taste of love Your kiss, so perfect, I had always dreamed of And, how we found ways to find color of night together And, suddenly it poured so hard in wanting you forever... I still feel it when I picture you here in my mind Because I can still feel you touch me when I close my eyes And, the rain was so warm when touching all you own A summers rain, a new rain, I was finally home... A beautiful summer when now I found peace within Understand I can smile and cry from all you've given So, I smile from you but cry from goodbye you see Until I can hold you again I'll let the rain fall on me... ah...and ive looked up and allowed the rain of your emotion to gently trickle upon me! each word is so delicate and refreshing..each a little rain drop lending to your summer storm! your love shows bright here...loved it!! |
