Summer enters slowly Through the season's open gate. And sometimes coyly, Summer makes you wait. Summer passes through regaled In green and blue and white. She'll throw a starry blanket on at night. In August, summer pauses, As though it plans to stay, Slowly marking time, as day Follows long, sunny day. Summer tempts you to suppose It will linger on and on. And then one day you wake up, To find that Summer's gone. |

I am really enjoying your work. This piece has that simple, though brilliant, construction that seems to fall so easily to you. An interesting look at summer's scene. ~ Claire Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant?......Henry David Thoreau |
