Even though it's kinda late... still hope you'll enjoy it!!!  Day in a life of a (univercity) student Too crowded hall at quarter to four Unbearable heat, foul odour. People around me in chairs, on the floor, Hanging down from the ceiling, supporting the door... Up ahead in the distance, shimmering light, I noticed a figure, one frightening sight... Though foggy and blurry, still it's alright! For this seat in the back row I put hell of a fight! I tell you, I'm lucky for getting a seat. This nerd by the door to it I beat. Seeing him sweating now is such a treat, Last time I was standing while he got to sit! Far on the black board, a bunch of Chineese E is m*c square, don't know what it means... No chance I'll get it in time for the quiz, And all I can think of is a burger with cheese. Feeling bit snoozey... I'm taking a nap... So tired and sleepy, dose off in a snap. But someone is shaking me, yelling - "Wake up!" Best friend to a student is a strong coffee cup! What did he say now? God, what a bore... How much of this nightmare I have to endure? Vividly picture how low I will score... Take a look at my watch... still quarter to four!!! [This message has been edited by LM (edited 09-07-2000).] |
