Water Words

Bathed beauty cascades
Flowing with current swift
Moving amid the cresting waves
Undulating rapids of the river's run
Drenched with the moisture of the morn
Pooling in the crevices of dampened earth
Ebbing tides demolishing sand castles
Precipitous pleasures pour forth
Babbling over pebbles smooth
Springing well wishes
Sprinkled showers
Refreshingly

Hi Marge,

Got a towel?  This is the wettest poem I've ever read and one of the prettiest.  "Pooling in the crevices of dampened earth."  I love it, Marge

Hiya Marge, the flow of this poem is splendid...

Had me with the urge to jump into a casacading waterfall...hmm now where do I find one of those...

Marge, I don't know what I like most: the very descriptive words which captivate my senses, granting the scent of earthmould with the soft sound of cascading water; or the water drop wordart.

Either way, most excellent poem.

~Marge~

As
the
tiny
beads
of rain unite
in communal harmony
in a free-fall from atop a
green-top mountain, fresh and
lithe like a beautiful damsel's lovely
long hair, flowing down from the heights
forming a pool, and kinetics causes a stream
to form, brushing the green knee-length rushes
in the far meadow. Streams couple and form rivers,
friendly rivers meet in the deep sea united in the still
maintained harmony of the raindrops. As that happened
the moon, she giggles, causing ripples in the vast sea.
tidal waves hit the bottom of my feet as i dream
of a mermaid rushing out to me in an impossible
magnetised attraction. Ah! To dream is
a pleasure amidst watered world.
ever so purely refreshing
and sensational

~Sudhir~

does that say that I loved it

...my regards...

Every word that you write is vividly painted, Marge...how do you do it???  Your poetry continues to amaze me with its sheer beauty and flow.
Oh and Sudhir's reply was quite fitting and beautiful as well. (Don't mind that I'm commenting on his as well, do you?)
All around, purely poetic words dancing here today.

Ahhh Marge what a refreshing start to my day.  Such a beautiful scene, waking my senses.  As hot and humid as it is here in good ol' NY, I'd like to dip my toes in the pools left by those ebbing tides.  Just lovely Marge.  Bonnie

Marge,
reminds me of a "hidden" waterfall
we used to hide out at when summer's
heat was too intense...
a place of cool, delicious retreat
from the unpleasantness of life...
thanks for the reminder!
