The dancehall, place of passion of trysting and of love of delicate flirtation while holding hand in glove Intimate conversations begin to flow and then new alliances are formed as the music starts again The brilliance of the ballroom with light both bright and gay holds whispered innuendo for those, the game would play the interchange of kindness garnered now and then then the music courses back and we move on again a smile, a wink, to catch your eye a pause for breath to take a passing glance above sipped cup more than our thirst to slake, round and round begin again flirtation full and free blushes deep and giggles soft all encompassing me "It is the image in the mind that links us to lost treasures; but it is the loss that shapes the image, gathers the flowers weaves the garland."- |

Local Rebel - so glad you liked this verse. Sunny1 Thanks for the image. I was actually thinking of latin dancing. It's nice to know the image transposed well. Thanks for the congratulations also. Be well Kethry "It is the image in the mind that links us to lost treasures; but it is the loss that shapes the image, gathers the flowers weaves the garland."- |

Prometheus - oh la sir you honor me. Kethry holds out her tiny gloved hand. Curtsies deeply. Catches her size ten shoes in the hem of her gown, graps valiantly at thin air and lands at Prometheus feet. Mayhap sir we should sit one out. A drink perchance? Tennessee Angel - so glad you can hear the music. Conga anyone? Be well Kethry < !signature--> "It is the image in the mind that links us to lost treasures; but it is the loss that shapes the image, gathers the flowers weaves the garland."- [This message has been edited by Kethry (edited 08-29-2000).] |
