Balladeer was on hard times
His luck had fallen through
Cash was short
The fridge was bare
The rent was coming due

He pawned his car
The stereo
The TV and his chair
He'd hocked his socks
His golf clubs
And he even pawned his hair

Desperate to make a buck
He thought he'd try his hand
At what some say
Is the oldest trade
Even though it's banned

He walked into the local pub
And eyed a lonesome lass
Pulled a stool up next to her
And ordered up a glass

He told her for a c-note
He'd make all her dreams come true
Fulfill all her fantasies
There was nothing he wouldn't do

She looked at him,
Asked 'anything? Anything at all?'
He replied, 'yes anything,
No order is too tall."

She pulled out five twenties,
As she fiddled with her blouse,
Placing them into his palm,
She said,

"Oh -- please clean my house!!"

(sorry deer -- you wouldn't think I loved ya no more if I didn't join the fray)

Here I am trying to stifle a laugh while everyone else in the office raises an eyebrow in curiosity.  Guess I'll have to print and share.  *S*   Fantastically Hilarious!!

Way to go, Hawk - You've got 'Deer on the ropes now - he's cowering in a corner with his keyboard - still smarting from the whip marks he's already received, no doubt.  heh heh  - Incidently - Good story, and true, too!

What's the old saying? What goes around comes around? Look out, I hear the ol Deer has a thing or two up his sleeves for no one is as clever as he.
Great time I spent laughing, very well done!!!  Hawke, looks as though you are rather naughty as well. HAHA

Corazon, Oh2beme, Susanbartee, Kid...

I think you could have only had half the fun reading as I had writing anticipating the slamming I'd get back...

Reb this was good. It's a good thing I read at home, otherwise workmates would wonder why I'm rolling around the floor holding my sides and gasping for breath. Hilarious.

Btw Deer I have 5c's busy lifestyle and a smallish house. When can you fit me in?

Kethry.
