The Shores of Alone

Sometimes I just can't believe
can my eyes this much deceive?

So many poems, so much to read
Speaking of the things I need.

I want to write to everyone
but haven't time, the day is done.

To anyone I do neglect
I know someday we will connect.

I want to thank you all tonight
for warmly shared morsels of light.

And soon ,if I am left in peace
I'll read more of your masterpiece.
