I Beg Of You Tonight I almost lost you I almost threw your love away Fear like I have never known Traveled throughout my veins, chilling The very depths of my heart. Even as I realize that Your love is unconditional I still want to run away To hide from all the emotion Not wanting my heart exposed The love that you share with me Is something that I have not known Feeling safe and whole inside The warmness of your deep green eyes Or in your tender embrace For the first time in my life I am willing to finally Give everything that I have All of my love and all my dreams It scares me more than you know All that I can ask from you Is to try to be patient with My frightened and fragile heart I promise to you that the walls Will crumble down with some time I am here to beg of you Not to give up your faith in me To always believe in me You will always be my true love My precious gift from above.
