Sometimes there is a sadness That befalls upon your face. As you struggle with these feelings This frown you can't erase. Sometimes there is a hurt That only you can feel. When others reach to help you, You say it's no big deal. Sometimes there is a jelousy That you can't seem to hide. You try to hold back bitterness, As it twists and pulls inside. Sometimes there is an anger That turns your heart to stone. No type of love you let inside, And you find yourself alone. Let go of all these feelings, And you will surely find. True happiness will follow Along with peace of mind. |

Sometimes certain emotions overtake us and we just really need to stop and sit back to realize where we are going and do some minor adjustments in our lives to get us back on the right path.
