can't bench this weight from my chest can't press it over my head impulses denied and parts of me die i punch holes in my world and let rage fill them in prey and pray for an eye for an eye feel like half of a man understand that i can't just take that from them when they do that to me man it pisses me off and it's makin me crazy i just can't calm down no i just don't know how i'm about to become all the things you've undone with 5 years of love it's a shame it's a shove back in time in my mind on my face and it shows so it goes i've never started a fight but i'm hopin tonight someone looks at me wrong when they see me seeing them with my brand new old face staring and stomping and smashing around just looking for someone a face in the crowd i don't care if i lose if i bleed or i win i just need to burn off a little bit of adrenaline understand that i can't get this weight off my chest man i've tried parts have died i punch holes in my world nothing good fills them in and i've prayed now i'll prey for an eye for an eye with a smile on my face understand that i've never been able to take that from them when they did that to me now they're doing it to you and i just can't calm down no i just don't know how and i don't like what i see in the mirror when i see me it scares me that fire is back and it's burning inside me and i'm well passed pissed off man i'm half F*****g crazy  [This message has been edited by T McCoy (edited 08-25-2000).] |

I feel your anger and frustration here Tony. I can relate.......you just get so freakin angry you think you are going to explode......mad at the world. Funny I read this on a day when i just want to scream at this world and tell it how much I ****** HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can I scream here? GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whew, better. I love that you are not afraid to express all your emotions here, gives me courage to maybe do the same. This probably isn't helping you but LIFE SUCKS! I can understand what your saying, I hate it when I get in that mood, The best thing to do is remember that all the people who give you hastle are below your level - Or else they wouldn't make you get in that state in the first place . I've been able to get lots of frustration and anger out by writing also...perhaps in the long run a better way to deal with the anger...really liked the title...James |
