Taking time to reason out
The doubt, it comes to mind
That all the thoughts which didn't grow so strong
Are left behind.

When reasoning the time
It seems that I'm the one who strayed;
While long thought spent emotions, on the path
Had firmly stayed.

And piecing two together,
Finds a friendship strong and true;
Part because his love was boundless,
Part because....he never knew.
