This poem describes my personal struggle to accept M.S. and the way I see my future.

Clouds gather.
Keeping the sun from me,
Blocking the light so I stumble through countless
                                            fears,
Darkening my way before me.

Rain Falls.
It seeps into my heart,
Binding the eyes of my soul with saltless tears,
Dampening the flame within me.

Storm rages.
Heralding the blackest night,
Its twisted torment tearing every fibre of my being
Torturing my innocent dreams.

Sun rises.
Bringing a certain calm,
Filling mind and body, once bereft of feeling,
With a new dawn.

A wonderful way to express all the emotions that flooded you.
