I should be the one you turn to, When your day goes wrong... I should be with you to rock you gently, All night long... If your mind is full of care.. You would find me always there.. I could satisfy your every need.... I should be the one you're holding close, Tonight in bed... I should be with you, but She's the lucky one instead... I'm the one you won't forget.. You would like to try, but yet.. I will be the woman in your dreams.... I should be the one to know where ending this should start... I would be with you so we would never have to part... I'm the one whose holding on.. If it was Her, she'd soon be gone.. I could be what your 'Forever' means.... I should be the one who holds you deep within her heart... I should be with you, but we're so very far apart... When I read the words you say.. I feel them in a special way.. I should be the one....I would be the one... Yes, I could be the one, if you'd just let me.... ~~ To Live is to Give ~~ |
