Palms of sweat Eyes of tears Anxieties were met Easing our fears Hearts of sorrow Bodies so weak Fears of tomorrow As we speak The past fogotten The future remains Our lives like cotton With unending stains Wisdom is few Adulthood is here We once were two Now a third is near Hand in hand Heart with heart We take a stand Begin a new start Palms of sweat Eyes of tears Anxieties were met Easing our fears "In three words I can sum up everything I learned about life: It Goes On" ~Robert Frost |
