The purest love I'll ever know A love which daily, hourly, grows That is what I feel when I touch your skin A love that none have known before A key to open all locked doors A tear of joy A smile begins That is what happens when I touch your skin Each time I feel a fingertip A brush of cheeks A touch of lips A whisp of hair against my face I know that I am in my place This is what I know when I touch your skin I feel your body so close to mine Our arms and legs and hearts entwined I see your eyes And hear your sighs I melt each time I touch your skin To touch your face Or kiss your feet Brings me alive Makes me complete There's nothing I need Or could desire To hold you quenches any fire I have everything when I touch your skin But once I am there Holding you close I cannot bear to part We have but one body, one heart, one soul Which cannot be torn apart We are one when I touch your skin And even if distance is between us Still we are together I feel your touch So gentle You'll be touching me Forever I'm in heaven when I touch your skin |

Tracie.Thank you for your kind words. My Angel makes me feel tender, so I guess it just comes out in my words! So sweet...you are! Thank you too. This really is a wonderful place to visit. The only problem I have is getting out of it! Love is like the mumps.....the older you are, the harder it hits you! |

Oh yes...a favorite subject of mine...I was talking to my friend Mina about touching just a few days ago...if you don't really like someone the touch has no sensation or value...but if you desire their touch it can be very satisfying and sensual...James |

Ah... *sighs*... I've just joined and this was the first poem I read... my, do you know the feeling when you're in love with someone - but a love yet to develop... and you enjoy every single, even the most slightly touch? When you're just crossing the border between friendship and love? Man... this touch got something electrical to it... this is what I thought of while reading your poem... wonderfully expressed, notlikely. *sighs again* =) congrats for the 200th! =) |

I find that touching fingertips everso lightly, can be a real turn on...for me and my lady. I like that response of yours almost as much as the poem..hmmmm another poem coming to mind....watch for it after tonight I think I hit my quota today ~~soft amiles Maureen |
