Bug Holiday.. in honor of the Balladeers Birthday

Oh my Gosh I can’t believe I missed it by two days.
A national bug holiday was here, then passed away.
For on this one and only day the bugs can have some fun.
Cause it’s the sacred Birthday of Balladeer the evil one.

It’s the one and only day the bugs are sure to get a rest.
From running under cupboards and hiding from the best.
Faster with that swatter then anyone you ever saw.
Balladeer is quicker then that old quick draw McGraw.

A'killin bugs and swattin flys and trappin little mice.
If you could see the way he moves you’d know he isn’t nice.
But now it's done and passed me by the day to celebrate.
So I whisper to the little pests.. quick run 'fore it's to late.
