I find my peace in moments
that cannot contend with me,
Find my heart still bursting
at the mention of your name,
I wonder when the heavens
shall come down and take my soul,
So I could stay forever
in the presence of your heart.
I find myself slipping
and grapple to remain,
the kind of man you wanted
though its hard to stay the same,
I wonder in my moments
of unease and out of control,
will I touch your lips again
and hold you to my heart.
It all fails in seconds
though I remain unchanged,
my love for you is unending
my soul is in your hands.

very nice Micheal,we all change that is true
but I guess we need to know each other where we do not loose sight of thing, sometimes it's very hard. I love the way you convey your words so well.
