A Different Way Of Thinking Touching my heart every chance you get yet Ignoring my feelings everyday But TIME is what you need WAIT is what you say Money couldn't replace what i gave that day Which day? Pick one Because each day we shared i treated like the first one Silly huh? To offer my heart to just any women WAIT, I mean Girl Because a real woman wouldn't take the heart of a good man and lie it on the floor to be trampled on crushing his world A flawless pearl waiting for a chance to be treated better than an ordinary rock Was what I saw when I sat back and watched A delicate flower snatched early by a selfish child So that's the reason you give me for her playing games with me and acting so wild She's confused man She don't know what she wants WELL I'M SICK OF GUESSING! I'll just pick up my heart wipe it off and chalk it up as a learnt lesson. |

GREAT POEM!!!, TRUE INDEED THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU MESS WITH GIRLS, THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WANT BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO YOUNG TO UNDERSTAND, YOU WILL KNOW WHEN HAVE FOUND A REAL WOMEN, THE EXPERIENCE WILL BE MUCH MORE DIFFERENT, AND YOU WON'T HAVE TO READ HER MIND BECAUSE SHE WILL TELL YOU WHAT IS ON HER MIND!! |

I don't know what I want, Preach. Sometimes I think I do, other times, I know I don't. I'll keep this poem in mind when I feel I'm a bit indecisive.  |

I understand what you are saying mystery, but it seems that the harder I look for that "real" woman, the more ?GIRLS? I find. Thanks for giving a hopeless romantic a bit of hope. January Flowers, when you don't know what you want please don't act as if you do and if you get that much from this poem, Women like you and Men like me will have a much easier time finding good long term relationships. |

January Flowers, please do not take my responce the wrong way. I in no way was tring to say anything that was geared at putting you down. What I was tring to say is, you know how I feel so it is easy for you to take the what you know and apply it from a female prospective, and from that prospective you can help the weird and sometimes strange world of dating go a little smoother. As a guy who has had mostly disapointment from women it was nice to know that someone out there knows what i am talking about. So again I say please forgive me for not finding a better way of saying thank you for understanding. PREACH 4 EVER |

Preach, I'm not sure how old you are, some men just want to get serious very young. On the otherhand it may just be the women (girls) you are choosing. Maybe your just attracted to that wild young atttitude. The wild and young (sometimes not so young) just want that, to be wild and young. They're not ready, find somebody a lot less wild, and see if you like it. If your still really young, enjoy it while you can because you'll be looking for it later, if you don't get it now,(wild and young that is). Parker... Oh yes really liked the poem. |

Haleyja, I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND YOU WHEN YOU SAY IT LIKE THAT BUT, WHEN I SAY ?GIRLS? IN THE POEM I REALLY MEAN WOMEN WHO ARE NOT ON THE LEVEL THAT A WOMAN SHOULD BE ON, AND WHEN I SAY WILD, I DON'T MEAN LIKE ACTING CRAZY BECAUSE THAT IS FINE WITH ME. I AM REALY TALKING ABOUT ACTING WILD IN AN OUTLANDISH SORT OF WAY INVOLVING A RELATIONSHIP. OR BASICLY SOMETHING THAT CAN'T BE EXPLAINED SO SHE COVERS IT UP WITH A LIE. AND YES YOU GUESSED IT I AM ONLY 21 BUT ALL I AM LOOKING FOR IS HONESTY. IF SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WANTS JUST LET ME KNOW. Women, men, girls and boys. Don't we all show sometimes that we need to grow up! It's more about people and how they can be so "wild" as in dishonest, which by the way is soooo true. I did like the message a lot..but the discussion that followed hinted at a man vs woman thing! I think we all,if we are honest, can relate to January Flowers about sometimes not knowing what we want!  |

Excellent poem One of the most valuable lessons to be learned in life, is to pick up your heart, wipe it off, and let it heal I am sure you will be very welcome with this family of poetry. |
