~Till Something Shatters~ Wanting to scream... scream till something shatters- yet what I want never seems to matter. Choices and commitments, they've all been made yet I look at you now, and suddenly I want to trade. I cant stop these feelings, just like I cant stop the rain, but these desires are wrong-they'll cause us all pain. Its unfair of me, "to want my cake and eat it too"- I cant have them...and still have you. Its a choice my heart refuses to make, promises of time, I just cant break. I always end up hurting, it doesn't seem to matter- Again I want to scream... scream, till something shatters. Janet Marie I love you Is all that you can't say- Years gone by and still... Words don't come easily Like I love you, I love you... But you can say baby... Baby can I hold you tonight Maybe if I told you the right words At the right time you'd be mine... Tracy Chapman |

Aahh geesh! Here, let me scream with you and we can have a duet between us! LOL I can definately relate to the frustration you feel here! I've been wanting to scream myself, but didn't want to do it alone... Thanks for sharing ! This was powerfully painful. |

May I scream too? Yes, I believe I feel for you, Janet Marie. I, too, want my cake and eat it too. It makes me wish I had leased just a little longer. You have written quite eloquently what I do not have the courage to do. I think I may have to take a trip to the "dark" side and read some more. Thank you. |

It's nice to frequent another forum and find you there! Janet get off by your self and scream to your hearts delight--it will help clear the system, and get the rage inside, that needs to find release or will start poisoning your thoughts more & more. God bless you Friend, David "Our Creativity points to a Higher Creator--we couldn't have just happened, and for what ability we may possess--to God be the glory." -dlw- |

A good scream never hurt anyone dear...it's better to let it out!!! Then you can start figuring out what you want!!!! Open arms can be the most fragile in the world... |

Janet Marie.....WOW.....when I said I would look for your work, little did I know what I would find. I really like this (been on the other side of that equation before--that makes one want to scream too). Let's all just have a scream party...AAARRRGGGHHH!!! Whew, I feel better now!! |

Perfectly displayed is this "too common" yearning to SCREAM. Enjoyed! |

It came one day when the sun shone an ordinary day I felt it coming not knowing precisely what it was but making room just the same It grew so quickly I didn’t think to stop it didn’t want to really It filled me like some deadly phallus then tore from me a stranger *** Your poem reminded me of this poem I wrote a while back. |

Janet, I just did that very thing the other day in the Alley. I screamed. David's right, you need to let it out so it don't build up, and then blow. Go outside and let it rip! God bless you! <*\\\>< There's only two ways you can go... One way you can save your riches, And the other will save your soul. Rich Mullins |

It can get confusing, these choices in life, though feelings are not always chosen. Good poem Liz |

Yelp! Most of us know what your talking about. You might try throwing a gallon of milk across the kitchen sometimes, it made me feel better once. I really enjoyed this one. Alle'cram |
