Priceless Treasure

In search of love I looked around.
A priceless treasure is what I found.
The stars were twinkling so shiny and bright,
And brought the wish I wished for tonight.

Swept aside were clouds of yesterday.
As my heart, like a drum, pounded away.
From heaven to earth, is the journey we share.
And the memories today will always be there.

In the heaven above the angels smile
As I think of us in silence, for awhile.
This love is the love that was meant to be
And my heart will be yours, eternally.
