Shadows playing in the sunlight, music tapping on my ear, thoughts flowing through my pen, So much time on my hands Stillness in objects closeby, as the world moves swiftly outside, lonliness has settled on me, So much time on my hands. Constant stares into thin air, lost in memories of the past, trying to grasp my reality, So much time on my hands. Wondering bout life outside my dreams, as I sit daydreaming bout, actually living life, So much time on my hands. Kodak copies of the future, no more sketches of the past, coloring inside the lines of life, So much times on my hands. Escaping... Envisioning... Awaking... I have so much time on my hands. |
