Hi! This is my first poem here, but I hope to get better acquainted with everyone.  When I first entered this world of poetry I didn't know what to expect I was doubtful of what I would find Because I was downright and practical I was skeptical, and amused at this World of fantasy and amusement But what transpired was a welcome awakening I cannot yet rank myself with "the talented" I have long ways to go It creates such exquisite visages Through the concise use of imagery Apart from tranquilizing me from anxiety I have learnt to show my stance explicitly I can relate to other people's feelings better I am dancing as fast as I can I am not dubious of the poetic world anymore I am obliged to the first words that came out on paper I may be a novice hitherto, still I am a poet!
