An Actress In My Mind

I am, I am an actress in my mind, and
a fine one at that I might add.
I have had years of rehearsing and fine
tuning.

The scripts are of my life’s events and my
stage my mind.
every detail is memorized to the very last.

I fly through my lines with such precision
and accuracy and leave no room
for era, and then the moment arrives to
transfer my acts to reality.

To show the world in which way I intend
to walk and from were I perceive
my morals to lie. I have struggled for what
seems to be a life time so this is my
chance.

All of the rehearsing and fine-tuning is of
no avail for in the transference
I lose that in which I have so very much been
striving for and that is the reality’s
and truths gained in my life.

Those for which I try to convey my message
to do not accept my truths
and wisdom, so I lose my power to perform
and do not get my points across
to my audience.

So an actress I may be but only in my mind.

Yes I imangine that a lot of people rehearse certain event's in thier lives in order to get through.
