I run to greet her every day, My face in wild elation. I never fail to wag my tail In hopeful expectation. I follow her around the house. Where she goes, there I'll be. A simple pet is all I get But that's enough for me. What she desires is good by me. If she throws, I'll play fetch. Whatever game is hers to name; If she runs, I'll play catch. I only ask for tender words, Someone to understand. A gentle touch would mean so much- I'd be hers to command. But she has not been good to me. She seldom wants to play. Sometimes she's gone all night 'til dawn To where? She doesn't say. Now she's been gone for three whole days! This is my epilogue. It is no life to have a wife Who treats you like a dog.  |

On that last post by Martie... OH MY GOSH!! I just had a rescue (Boxer) that decided my six yr old was just the right size... tried humping him numerous times  Of course the six yr old didn't think it was funny!Anyway... good One! Marie~ |
