While I was cleaning out some old notebooks today, I came across the first poem I wrote (written on Snoopy stationary). I was 15!! Anyway, I thought it was cute and felt like sharing. Here it is... I changed nothing. The Truth Love is Forever... Forever is an eternal word meaning Life... Life is a gift from God... God is my loving and forever Friend... My Friend gives me a reason to Live... To live is to be loved... To be loved leads to truth... Truth is God and I walking together as one. Marie Elizabeth 3/7/83 |
