one day a man was sitting with his paper spread when his wife began hitting him with a pan on the back of his head when the blitz had ended he asked her for a reason after that she vended that he'd committed treason she showed him a paper, she held it in her hands said she, omitting vapor: "it says mary, and i found it in your pants" "surely you remember," said he with force "the horse race last december, "well mary was a horse" the wife was finally satisfied and continued with her work but shortly after, this bride was once again berserk the man questioned again after he'd been mauled replied his wife, with a devilish grin: "mary, the horse just called" |

The man bet on Mary To win, place or to show He thought all was covered No way the wife would know What he hadn't bet on Was that Mary could talk Colt breed to Mister Ed The call came as a shock She phoned each man who bet To let all of them know She was ready to run When they laid down the dough |
