I'm a wanderer, a nomad...I don't live in one particular area, Just wherever I end up.

Had I known

Had I known that the heart
breaks slowly, dismantling itself
into unrecognizable fragments
of misery....
Had I known the heart would leak
emitting it's ache
with a vulgar visisbility
Into the dress-up dining rooms
of strangers.....
Had I known that solitude could
stifle the breath, loosen the mind,
and force the toungue against the
palate.....
Had I known that lonlieness could
permeate, winding itself around the
body in an omnious and beautiful
cicatrix.....
Had I known-
I still would have loved you.
Your brash and violent beauty,
Your heavy comedic face
And your knowledge of sweet
delights.
But from a distance
I would have left you unfrequented
for the delectation of those who
Wanted more and could care less....

grat job, take care, jm

she said I dont know if I've ever been good enough,
and I'm a little bit rusty, and I feel like my head is caving in.
...and I dont know if I've ever been really loved by a hand thats touched me...
and I feel like somethings gonna give...
and I'm a little bit angry.

This is a stunner!

But from a distance
I would have left you unfrequented

Wanted more and could care less....

This is nigh on perfect - and an excellent ending...welcome to Passions!

Your piece speeks of true feelings. This piece hit me very hard.  I've been through similar situations,  and it speeks of feelings that should be universal.  I hope to see more from you.
