Your Biggest Fan To say I am your biggest fan Is nothing short of a lie For there is no bigger one No bigger one than I Your words give me pause Make me think out loud Make me sing and dance Cry in the midst of a crowd I will follow your voice forever Whether poetic words or prose How could a star travel without His biggest fan ere he goes? I know you’ve seen me replying To your nuggets of pure gold Each time I open up a post I feel myself grow bold I want to tell you how I feel Though I know you don’t really care This is so hard for me Please, Chris, try to be fair I’ve been here a short time Staring in your eyes like limpid pools I want to say I love you Oh, yes…and April Fools! Chris - you will gain bonus points if you can be the first person to email me (the REAL me) telling me you've guessed my identity! I've had so much fun pulling your leg for the last few weeks! Thanks for being so cool about it! LOL |
