Moonlight is gently eclipsed Luminescence delicately shadowed For but a single moment As the misty teardrops drift From my tangled thoughts Alone in somber solitude I dream of all I've forgotten And begin to fade... Whispy tendrils pull at me Threading throughout my spirit And sprayed with your image The curled fingers of smog Slowly fall away To reveal love Lighted in tender eyes... Like the angels' sweetened kiss You enrapture me And I begin to gently lower Drifting, wafting downward Landing freely Within your waiting arms.
