Betrayal is a word betrayed its meaning spans the seas, used more than the withered nests of sticks in old oak trees. I may feel betrayed by time, betrayed by purpose or by fate. Yet, our hearts are truely scored when remose arrives a day too late. Look into my eyes, my friend say you feel my pain. Then spit into the wind, my friend, my soul now wrinkled from the rain. Grant that I may not judge my niegbor until I have walked a mile in his moccasians Native American prayer |

Betrayal is worst when we realize we've betrayed ourselves. Wonderful poem. Michael |
