What do you recommend?

I stare down at my shoes under the table
And see how dirty it is under there
Cigarette butts, gum, lint, wood chips
All the leftovers
That we didn’t need

Its like a tiny universe with its own elements
That bottle top could be a planet
Obviously the ants are the inhabitants
The empty bag of chips, a tanning studio

No, that’s silly
Ants don’t need to tan
They’re already brown
Let’s make that empty bag of chips
A space station

They could walk into there where…
CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER SIR?
Oh, Yes, umm….
What do you recommend?

Definitely a fun read. Thanks for the smile -- and the thoughts.

Lighthearted and a wonderful read.  I actually started giggling when I read about ants already being brown.  Thank you for the smile and laugh.

May I never be too busy to help another's load,
Then I'll be drinking from the saucer 'cause my cup has overflowed.

True I must say...Nice work

The ability to describe life with words is similar to painting a picture; both can be powerful tools.
