I woke up this morning to the sound of nothing. There was no one around No one I could see. I was left alone, again And what a day for this. My 16th birthday, meaningless I think that everyone has forgot. But then, at 11:30 on the dot my phone rang loud. I check the caller I.D and I couldn't believe my eyes. The one I cared for whole heartedly was calling me, I didn't even know that he knew I existed. I picked up the phone and he knew it was me. I couldn't believe that he recognised my voice. He then said, "I just wanted to call and wish you a happy birthday, and I'll be there shortly with your present." This has to be the best birthday I've ever had. If time cannot heal your pain, you can always cry on my shoulder. ~Jenn~ |

Lynn - I am echoing Suthern. Funny thing - on my 16th birthday I was away from home and no one where I was remembered! It was awful... ![]() Well done. K |
