I have slept in stairwells slept beneath trucks that were not there when I woke up slept in parking lots and green garbage bags I have eaten month old bread dog food and dry flour and insects. I have worn a blanket newspaper shoes and someone elses glasses. I've done Brother, can you spare some time? got a quarter made me laugh Time is money, Son, Time is money. Ya, I know. Sometimes a day is five bucks unless I'm paying. Then it's more. < !signature--> Kevin [This message has been edited by kevintaylor (edited 01-05-2000).] |

This seems quite a grim, yet realistic, look at life from a homeless eye... Nice job, Kev....... |

A sad look at the reality of the homeless. Reality can be cold and harsh when things go down the wrong path. You portrayed the pain very well. Deborah |

Just a note to clarify... yes, this was 1st person. But there are many more who never made it out alive or, perhaps worse, languish there with no luck and less hope. Kevin |
