A dreamers life In good and bad aesthetic rife, I welcomed her into my life. To have and hold in verse and rhyme, To cherish her throughout all time. To keep her snug in grace and charm, And never ever do her harm. To walk with her within the hours, And share with her all things as ours. I've held her kindly in a fashion, Gave to her aesthetic passion. Housed her in my ivory tower, In my garden filled with flower. And never ever wondered far, Took her with me to the stars. Held her in my wild esteem, Were critical has no mean. Brushed in secret Aladins lamp. Walk with her a rainbows ramp. I did all these things in soar, Bonded with her forever more. But Demesne has hung my head, Does she the will, for a dreamers bed. |
