apologies my friend,
I never planned it out this way
your broken heart ill mend
if its forever and a day

apologies my friend
I don’t expect you to be fine
but hours I will spend
until you once again are mine

apologies alone
I have to give to you tonight
so know that I have grown
and somehow I will make it right
