I scream into darkness, The night swallows my words, Noone can hear me, Noone knows how much I hurt, I need a safe place, But all the doors are shut, Not one will open for me, Should I just give up? And surrender myself over, To the demons that haunt me, Let them ravage my broken soul, Then will they cease to torment me? |

Sometimes pulling on doors and looking for the safe place...is right there before us....and as we take time to see it.....the door pushes instead of pulling....and in we go. Glad you pushed in this door and found us.....Thank you Being in love with someone is more than just saying "I love you" |

Thanx for your reply Deborah, It's more a feeling than actually being alone - as I wrote to someone else in this forum: even in a sea of people it's easy to drown. I guess the poem is pretty metaphorical. It's just that something I feel every now and then and, I wrote about it. That's all. |
