FIELDS OF PASTS There's just something very peaceful about it... Completely relaxing. Very enjoyable. Non-threatening. Life-rejuvenating. In no other place can you find so many gracious And encouraging words of advice. "Laws" on life. A giant hug embraces your soul and leads you. With every passing name Curiosity grows. How did they live? What joys could they share? What lessons from losses can they offer? And now pray they are at peace And they offer us the same. From all over the world, we share the same finality. And here, we lie in pastures green. Each plot a generous offering. More refreshing than a glass of mint tea On a warm, breezy summer afternoon... To sit among friends of the past. To let their synergies grace your very being. To listen without hearing a word. Solace is found here. |

Definitely relaxing....a place I'd certainly like to visit! Wonderful work. *Krista Knutson* ~*Like a lion, without fear of the howling pack, Like a gust of wind, ne'er trapped in a snare, Like a lotus blossom, ne'er sprinkled by water, Let me, like a unicorn, in solitude roam.*~ Hymn Of Buddha |

thanks for enjoying! you CAN visit this place...i find cemetaries and old graveyards to be a great escape...especially really old ones...so full of history, and the way the epitaphs were written, you almost get to know the souls of the past...for those interested in some very meaningful prose, go visit the stones and take a notebook with you! you never know what masterpieces you may stumble across on your venture! sherry |

WoW, this is great, and I might take you up on that idea Saturday when I go to the cemetary for a funeral. ~*~ ^i^ ~*~ Love is such a lonely art, and death is but a taste. Minds are merely instruments that often go to waste! ~*~ ^i^ ~*~ |
