"After the Game"
(Peanuts, Hotdogs and Beer)

Tonight, in bed, I lie awake,
Thinking ‘bout all I ate.

Three bags of peanuts, six hot dogs,
And what seemed like a gallon of beer.

My stomach is churning ‘round and ‘round
My head is splitting ear to ear--
From all the peanuts, hotdogs and torrid beer.

If ever I go to another ball game,
Pray, I don’t hear that horrid yell,
"PEANUTS, HOTDOGS, BEER HERE."
For, I think I’d rather be in Hell.
