*This is something I dug up, Blondie wrote this for me about 8 months ago and I'd thought I would post it. It's very simple but says some wonderful things. Blondie will be in the hospital for a month or so I think. I went to go visit her again today and she, once again, wouldn't let me in. Her mother told me she has to be "tube" fed now because she refuses to eat. Please keep her in your prayers.

Who was there when my father passed away and I needed a shoulder to cry on?

Who was there when I went into the hospital and felt I couldn't fight?

Who was there when I passed out and held my hand real tight?
-You
Who was there to make me laugh when I got cut from the basketball team?
-You
Who was there to comfort me when I broke my ankle in two places?
-You
Who was there to hold me tight and let me let it all out?
-You
Who was there to laugh with me when someone told a joke?
-You
And who was there watching you do these wonderful things for me?
-God

I'm sorry you haven't been able to see Blondie and hold her hand again. I hope you have that chance. It may be the one thing she really needs - a sweet devoted friend who loves her unconditionally.

Thanks so much everyone. I just got done talking to her mother again and she says she won't see anyone still. Everyone is still worried about her because we don't want her to end up like Karen Carpenter or another statistic.
