This one is a friendship that I decided to take further, with dire consequences which I deeply regret. Have I lost you my friend Are we strangers again? Didn't think it would end Has it all been in vain? I should've tried to be stronger Rejected my lust Our friendship would've been longer And still built on trust. Will the closeness we once had Will it ever return? It's making me so sad For the past now I yearn. Will you trust me once more Share your hopes and your fears? Or am I now just a chore Like most of my peers? Could I still make you smile If you'd just look my way? Should I leave you a while To get on with your day? If I stayed could I touch you Run my hands on your face? Would you reach out for me too Link your arms round my waist? I don't want to lose this You gave me so much I miss your friendship And I'm missing your touch. |

Jascanvey, there are some lines in friendship that should never be crossed, and some that should be. What a balancing act! At least you took a chance on your feelings. True friends will always remain. Give it time. -SEA |

I hope you are right SEA. He can't even look at me at the moment, but I'm hoping after he reads this he may at least try to talk! Keep your fingers crossed - my heart is breaking without his friendship. |

There is a fine line between friends and lovers and its hard to know where it should stop. Hope you get what your looking for beit a friend or a lover. We need more love in this world Rich |

This is so sad...there is such a fine line between the two and knowing the right time or more importantly knowing if it's right at all to bridge the gap is a feat even Solomon would have problems with sometimes. |

Thankyou all for your sweet comments. You will be able to tell how it's going from the poetry I write, so you will be kept informed!!! At this very moment in time I want him back as a friend more than anything else, I just hope that it will happen, but I have my doubts. |
