Somewhere in the vast wasteland

You have made this place
A place where we can express
The the feelings of the heart
A place of the highest respect
Where emotions can run wild
Where love knows no bounds
A place to fill our hunger
To speak and be heard
Our longings are filled
Lives changed in the passing moments
A place we can be with people like us
People that understand us
When we can go nowhere else
We can always come here
To find compassion and companionship
You have made us family
By your guidelines and ideals
You have given that to us
And I for one
Would like to thank you
Thank you Ron

This is my tribute to Ron.  From what I have read he is the creator of this fine establishment.  And I for one am grateful.

P.S.  I am not sure if this is the proper forum to post it in, but here it is.  If it needs to be moved please do so.

Howdy Scorched Dragon!  Yep, Ron it was who created this wonderful place...and to think that it all started from a personal web-page.

This is a wonderful and fitting tribute to the man who has put so much love, money, body and soul into making what Passions in Poetry is today.  I thank you for taking the time to let him know.

Glad to see you here, and I do hope to see you around the forums.

Watching modem lights a-blinking
Churning out poetic hash.
Lord, in all Your piety,
Help me keep my sanity:
Please don't let the modem crash! --Alicat

I don't think there will ever be enough tributes for the Webmaster himself, so back to the TOP!
