I saw a great white master, His verbage was quite clear, He came a little closer and He whispered in my ear. He said he was a preacher, His name he never said. He offered me a place where, I always would be fed. I thought about his offer, You see my life's been rough. 'Cause he was a peacher man, I thought I'd call his bluff. He took me to this hotel, Where I was bathed and fed. He gave me some new clothing, I slept in a warm, soft bed. He talked about my savior, A price I had to pay. He asked me if I would go, Or if I had to stay? Stay I did, I tell you, He had me on a hook. If I left where would I go? My heart he all but took. Now listen to me ladies, Now listen to me gals. I'm making lots of money, Dancin' for his pals. Be aware of preachers, Of one be so afriad. He is such a master, And he MUST be obeyed. The sign outside his haven, The one that has me caged. The sign that is a becon, Says, "Balladeer's Bible Babes". Well Mike I finally worte it. Did I do good master??? *adoring look*...lol [This message has been edited by Marilyn (edited 02-01-2000).] |

Thanks everyone. This was a blast to write. Andrew...I like the stage...lol Rebecca...Mike and I were talking about a month back. "DE's Travelling Salvation Show" came up in the conversation. Some how Mike threw Balladeer's Bible babes out and I told him I had to write that one. Well after all this time here it is...lol. nan...How do you think he could afford that new car??...lol |

Oh my....are you Balladeer's babe now good Lady Marilyn. Lots of crushed hearts at that news. Great showing by the way. I used to be schizophrenic, but we're ok now so don't make me mad cause I'm running out of places to hide the bodies......LOL |
