I'll never leave your side I said,
And wiped tears from your eyes,
Your everything I will ever need,
So stay with me tonight.

Hold me gently here with you,
And kiss away my doubts,
Forget goodbyes, and tommorows fears,
Focus on what our love is about.

Surviving all the hard times,
That we never thought would come,
To find each others arms agian,
Proving the strength of our love.

Let these tears fall on your chest,
As my eyes fall deep in slumber,
I cherish you more than anything,
And love you like no other.

I cant ask you to change your life,
For I know it isnt fair,
To plead with you to walk with me,
And leave the past lying here.

You hush my words so silently,
WIth just one heartfelt glance,
Staring into my eyes you say,
"You never even had to ask."

Only after trying so hard to let go, did i realize how much i wanted to hold you forever> Amber and Ellis forever and always

As always Amber,

Your reads are ever gripping. And now a word from the "King"

Now if your baby leaves you and you have a tale to tell just take a walk down o’l lonely street to heart break hotel.
Although it’s always crowded you still can find some room for broken hearted lovers to cry away their gloom.
The bellhop’s tears keep flowing the deskclerk’s dressed in black they’ve been so long on lonely street they’re never coming back.

Touching, heartfelt all of the above
Your poem so sadly speaks of love
Written with a heart so soft
Lited my heart out and aloft
It's now hanging there and I have to breathe
Without my heart I cannot find release
So I read your poem oncemore
My heart came back down onto the floor
Very nice and beautiful Amber

The ability to describe life with words is similar to painting a picture; both can be powerful tools.

Beautiful Amber...  I loved this.  But then again I tend to know that I will love many of your pieces.  Great job!

If you love something, set it free, if it comes back to you, its meant to be...
