Whole in My Heart

Imagination draws the picture that I see
one that confines and subjugates me
painting You by light reflected into my eye
or the spirit of the soul my twain to be

In my Imagination arises a nagging doubt
Who in Creations presence am I looking at
An Angel sent through heavens gate
or the many names of memories past

In my imagination
I can take you apart

But whole you remain
in my heart
