Only in a perfect world, or so its been said. But, I'm beginning to think, it only exists after we're dead. What matters now, and why should we care? What are we to value if in 100 years we won't be there? What legacy do we leave when our daughters and sons grow old? What teachings can be taught to the weak, the bold? Let me do a good deed before I pass through. Let me help people and animals, let me do a good deed or maybe two. But yet, I can't help but feel a little selfish, Is that all there is, is this evey bit? If it were a perfect world It would have you in it. |

It does. Yet maybe...just maybe, you would never meet him/her in a perfect world either. Fabulous poem |

This is very sad, Gemini. I think it is a very good poem! |
