I'll say my goodbyes tonight, before the sunshine hits the sky, I'll ease the pain before I go so there's no need for them to cry. Into the darkness is where I'm headed, so I can make it to the light, to purify my soul, so I have the strength to fight. From the heart is where I tread, to see the world before I go, into tomorrow's where I'm headed, into my dreams before you'll know. Don't cry if you never see me, because you know I'm in your soul, don't shed those tears forever, into heaven is where I go. Into the sky is where I'm headed, into heaven is where I'm bound, to sing when the angels come, to dream in their angelic sounds. |
