I Said I'd Never Go Back |

I said I'd never go back to doing what I once did. But tonight, as I sat alone in my room and cried, the feelings started coming back. I felt nausiated, and soon had to rush to the bathroom, where I vomited for what seemed like hours. The pain took over. I couldn't handle it. I reached for a razor sitting by the bathroom sink. Slowly, I moved it closer, and closer to my arm. All the while, I was thinking of the way it used to turn out. I saw the image of myself sitting in the floor, with blood stained clothes. Screaming and cursing. I soon put the razor down, and started vomiting again. Hopefully, things would be better tomorrow. |

This is a raw, honest piece - and brave writing. If this is autobiographical then you know we are all here for you. K |

Very true... But very nicely done. ~Astraea "Sometimes stars can only be seen in darkness." "Sorrow's crown of sorrow is remembering happier things." |

Lynn, This is a very real subject my prayer at this time is that it is fiction. If you need to talk to someone please don't think twice....Email me we can talk. There are to many reasons why this needs to be fiction and not fact. Help does exist I have learned that the pain of a lost love will fade, But the memory of having loved will last forever. |

As much as I wish it was fiction, it's reality. December is just not my month of happiness. But tonight, as I sat in my bathroom floor, I did so much thinking. And as soon as I picked the razor up, I thought back to the times when what I wrote was an everyday occurence. The only difference, was tonight, I had the courage to put the razor down, and actually write, to try to get out my pain. |

Lynn, I can relate wholeheartedly to you with this piece. For I have done the very same, felt the very same, etc. It's hard to put it down isn't it?? I am glad that you did though! Email me if you would like to talk...maybe we can help each other out =o) [email protected] ~*~ Hell is not a place of fire and a devil with a tail and horns. But a place of torment because the light of God is gone. To escape this, accept the blood of Jesus Christ! ~*~ |

Writing, for those who write, can help us heal our injured souls. Keep writing and reaching out. |
